1/ When will I receive my login
If you are new to the Online Classroom you will receive a username and temporary password via email. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder in case it lands there. Your login details will be issued once the course is live, i.e. visible in the Online Classroom. The Online Classroom area will be available from at least 2 weeks before the start of your course.
Existing users, including anyone that did a course, feedback test or online entry test in the past will use the same login details, so no new details will be issued. Existing users will continue to use their previous login information.
2/ I am having trouble logging in
I do not remember my previous login information– you can reset them using the ‘Forgotten your username or password?’ link on the login page.
I have received my login details but it seems like they do not work – please be sure that you have copied your login details correctly. If it still does not work, please send an email to onlineclassroom@wset.co.uk.
I have received my login details but when I am trying to log in the website is resetting itself – please try and log into www.wsetonlineclassroom.com using the details from the automatic message you have received. If the page says ‘Invalid login’, you have already managed to change your initial password. If you cannot remember your new password, you can reset this using the ‘Forgotten your username or password?’ link on the login page.
3/ How long will I have access to my course area?
Full access to any online materials and support will only be provided during the advertised course dates.
Read-only access will be provided after this time up to 1 year following the advertised start date for Level 2-3 and 3 years following the advertised start date for Level 4.
If your dashboard is blank and you are certain that you should be able to see the courses/Diploma units you have previously taken, please send an email to onlineclassroom@wset.co.uk.
4/ How do I update my personal details?
Please email studentservicesteam@wsetglobal.com to action a change of your personal details.
