When I signed up to the course, it was after years of thinking I was interested in wine and doing absolutely nothing about it! So, I took the bull by the horns to attend the full-time fortnight’s course. I have to say that I loved every minute of it… But every day, while intensive, I was just so inspired, excited and enthusiastic.
